Open to those impacted by cancer. Registration is required prior to attending. Ink to Insight is a reflective journaling workshop that guides participants in using expressive writing as a tool for healing, self-discovery, and emotional clarity. Through guided journaling prompts and mindfulness techniques, attendees explore their thoughts and experiences in a supportive, judgment-free space—leaving with practical tools to continue their personal growth through writing.
