Description:
Open to those impacted by cancer. Beginner Fitness level – for those in treatment or up to 12 months post- treatment For those experiencing fatigue, poor range of motion, or lymphedema this beginner class has been shown to demonstrate improvement in those areas. This beginner class offers exercises tailored to specific needs as well providing a comfortable and supportive environment.
