Teaneck, NJHoly Name Hospital has been cited as a preferred workplace by Modern Healthcare magazine as one of the "100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare" in the entire country. Only three hospitals in New Jersey made the list.
This prestigious commendation was based on a review of Holy Names human resources practices, policies and benefits, as well as in-depth surveys completed by a random sample of 350 employees, who answered questions about leadership and planning, culture and communications, working environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits, and overall satisfaction.
"I know that every one of our employees takes great pride in our hospital and in his or her individual role here at Holy Name, and its a real honor to have that recognized on a national level," said Michael Maron, the hospitals President/CEO. "Its evident that employees who enjoy high job satisfaction project that sense of contentment and gratification when they minister to patients. That translates to outstanding quality of care, and greater patient satisfaction."
Holy Name has been previously cited as one of the "50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey" by NJBIZ.
