Holy Name Medical Center Hosts Lecture by William Gent - October 3

Join us for this educational and entertaining evening as historian Bill Gent takes us back to the days of the Civil War to discuss the challenges of battlefield medicine during this period in America's past. Mr. Gent has lectured in seven states, receiving rave reviews from museums, historical societies, universities, libraries, and hospitals. A member of the Civil War Heritage Foundation, his specialty is portraying John S. Dorsey Cullen, a surgeon of the First Virginia Army Corps under General Longstreet.
