The Center for Healthy Living Hosted Healthy Hearts Fair

The Center for Healthy Living at Holy Name Medical Center held its Healthy Hearts Fair on Thursday, February 13. This free event drew over a hundred people from the community. Participants were able to find out their cardiac profile results, review lab work and risk assessment with a Holy Name cardiologist, and learn more about preventing heart disease.
Highlights of the event included:
- Know Your Numbers: Blood Pressure, BMI, and Waist Circumference
- Mini-massages
- Skin care advice for men and women from Bloomingdale's experts
- Cooking demo of healthy recipes
- Stress reduction with Tai Chi
- Smoking cessation information
- Refreshments
