Holy Name Medical Center Hospice and Palliative Services Bereavement Support Group

Holy Name Hospice is offering "Sharing the Journey," a bereavement support group, for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one in the last year. In order to meet the needs of participants, the support group meetings are being offered either on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. beginning September 12th OR on Monday afternoons from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. beginning September 17th at Holy Name Medical Center.
There is no charge for the program, but registration is mandatory. Please call Claudia Coenen at 201-833-3000 ext 7483 to register, or for additional information.
