She is affiliated with a primary care practice in Maywood, New Jersey, and provides medical management for psychiatric patients at Comprehensive Behavioral Care in Hackensack.

Three times a year, Dr. Kutzleb travels to the Hôpital Sacre Coeur in Milot, Haiti, where she is spearheading the development of a cardiac program which will provide sustainable, consistent management of cardiac patients seen in the outpatient clinic. She is also developing a new program to improve treatment modalities for pregnant women in the poverty-stricken region of Haiti.
