HNH Fitness Participates in 2015 Bergen County Weight Loss Challenge

HNH Fitness in Oradell is a proud partner in the 2015 Bergen County Weight Loss Challenge. This wellness initiative is a 12-week program to help the residents of Bergen County take the first steps toward a healthier lifestyle. The program offers free educational seminars about goal setting, healthy eating and exercising safely, and registrants will enjoy private, weekly weigh-ins and blood pressure check-ups at no cost.

Registration for the Bergen County Weight Loss Challenge begins on March 2¹nd and will include height, weight, BMI and blood pressure measurements. Registration will be held at HNH Fitness, 514 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell, NJ. In order to register, you must be a resident of Bergen County and be 18 or older.
