Holy Name to Host Evening of Fun to Help Beat the Holiday Stress

Free event offers shopping, entertainment, food, pampering, and stress reduction strategies ahead of hectic holiday season

Holy Name Medical Center is hosting "Celebrating You!," an event that aims to help manage holiday stress and gear up for the season of giving. The free event will be held at the medical center on Tuesday, November 28 from 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Attendees are invited to get a jump on their holiday shopping with selected vendors, hear about the latest hair and make-up trends, and how to maximize today's technology. Experts will also be on hand to discuss the latest treatments for varicose veins and holiday eating strategies that won't sabotage weight loss goals. Vascular screenings and chair massages will also be available. Food tastings will be provided by Morton's Steakhouse.

The event is coordinated through Holy Name's Center for Healthy Living, which offers classes, workshops, and support groups that empower people to achieve and maintain good health.
