About Me
Ms. Nicole Rengifo strives to provide safe and effective care to all her patients as a part of Holy Name Telemedicine in Teaneck, NJ. She sees patients for a wide array of general health concerns. These include acne, ear infections, sinusitis, headaches, and back pain.
Ms. Rengifo is a skilled and accomplished nurse practitioner who received her bachelor’s degree from Saint Peter’s University. She completed her master’s degree in adult/gerontology nursing at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Ms. Rengifo welcomes patients from various cultural backgrounds. She encourages open communication with her patients, enabling her to guide them through their treatment as active participants in their well-being.
