About Me:

Joseph I. Petrsoric, MD, is board-certified in neurology and epilepsy. He joined Holy Name Medical Center in 2019, following completion of his neurophysiology fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy, as well as other neurologic conditions. He also has expertise in the use of EEG (electroencephalogram) testing to find problems related to the electrical activity of the brain.

Dr. Petrsoric earned his medical degree from New York Medical College, and he completed his internal medicine internship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York City. During his residency in neurology and fellowship in neurophysiology at Montefiore Medical Center, he conducted research in stroke and other neurological specialties.
