Yousef Amer, MD, is a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist, who practices with OBGYN Associates of North Jersey at Holy Name Medical Center. Dr. Amer uses his years of experience to provide highly skilled care to women from puberty through menopause. He specializes in robotic and laparoscopy procedures and has expertise in cosmetic and laser gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Amer earned his medical degree from Alexandria University Medical Center in Egypt, where he graduated with honors. He completed two internships, at the Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center and the Interfaith Medical Center, both in Brooklyn, N.Y. He then completed two residencies at Interfaith Medical Center and NYU Langone Health in Brooklyn. Dr. Amer is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Arab American Medical Association.
