Dr. Eleonora Spinazzi is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon who is highly skilled in the latest, most advanced treatments for both common and complex neurological conditions. She delivers evidence-based care tailored to each individual and finds great fulfillment in helping her patients reduce their anxiety and feel confident in their treatment plan.
Dr. Spinazzi earned her medical degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed her neurosurgery residency at New-York Presbyterian Columbia University Medical Center. She went on to complete a fellowship in endovascular neurosurgery at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Az.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Spinazzi is also a noted researcher with work published in medical textbooks and esteemed journals such as The Lancet, Alzheimer’s & Dementia, Stroke, and more. Her research focuses on stroke care and neuromodulation to improve brain and nerve function, with the goal of finding new treatment options for neurological conditions that don’t respond well to medication or surgery.
