Is the new COVID-19 vaccine approved?
The FDA recently approved the updated COVID-19 vaccines with new formulas, which are now available at
Holy Name PharmaCare (see map), our retail pharmacy located at the Holy Name Medical Center hospital campus in Teaneck, NJ.
When can I receive the vaccine?
Holy Name PharmaCare will provide the COVID-19 vaccine to adults ages 18 and older. Appointment required. Please call 201-530-7991 during normal business hours to make an appointment.
How long should I wait to receive the flu shot after I receive the COVID-19 vaccine?
You can safely receive the annual flu vaccine and the COVID-19 vaccine during the same visit to Holy Name PharmaCare.
Pharmacare Hours of Operation
Holy Name PharmaCare provides vaccinations Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Is the COVID-19 vaccine covered by insurance?
The vaccine should be covered by most medical insurance or pharmacy benefit programs.
