To purchase via mail or email, please download and complete the desired section(s) of the Auction, Raffles, Ads & Sponsorships form and the Response Card. Scan and email the forms to foundation@holyname.org, or print and mail them to Holy Name Foundation, 718 Teaneck Rd., Teaneck, NJ 07666.

Journal Ad Guidelines

We appreciate your generous support of Holy Name's 26th Annual Spring Fashion Show for MS. Please consider contributing an advertisement for inclusion in the Spring Fashion Show journal, which is distributed to all in attendance and posted on our website after the event.

Journal ads are a great way to demonstrate your appreciation of Holy Name's mission and commitment to enhancing life for people with MS. They're also an effective way to advertise your business, so please feel free to reflect your company personality by using your brand colors, logos, and fonts.

Please create artwork to the following specs:

• Dimensions:
  • Full page, 4.75" x 7.75"
  • Half page, 4.75" x 3.75" (horizontal)
  • Quarter page, 4.75" x 1.83" (horizontal)
• Full-color ads should use CMYK process
• All images should be high resolution (300 dpi)
• Please send as a PDF or high-resolution JPG file only
