Overview
Holy Name PharmaCare is located on Level 1 at the rear of the medical center, between the Patricia Lynch Cancer Center and the Emergency Department. Entry is through the door nearest The Alfiero & Lucia Palestroni Foundation Multiple Sclerosis Center.
Please follow the below steps to refill your prescription online:
Go to www.refillrx.com.
Click on "Register" button located at the top right side of the screen.
- At the "Registration Step #1" screen, enter:
- Pharmacy Five Digit Zip Code, which is 07666.
- Last four digits of Pharmacy Phone Number, which is 7991.
- Then, click on "Search for Pharmacy" button.
Locate Holy Name PharmaCare Pharmacy and follow the registration steps on the screen.
