Free community events to keep you healthy
Holy Name Community Health is dedicated to helping the community achieve the highest level of health through prevention, education and treatment. To meet the needs of the community, Holy Name offers a wide variety of FREE education, prevention, screening and wellness programs designed to enhance the health and lives of everyone we serve.
Our programs and services include:

Holy Name also offers community events through MEL, our Mobile Education Lab that brings health information right into the community and encourages individuals to take simple steps to live healthier lives. Join MEL throughout the year as we park at different locations to provide health education, information resources, blood pressure screenings, diabetes risk assessments, and more.
