Holy Name offers physical therapy in the home to patients who are 65+.
Our caring and compassionate physical therapists will get you back on the road to recovery. Unlike traditional home care through Medicare there is no need of the patient to be considered homebound.
We specialize in the evaluation and treatment of conditions and disorders that can cause pain or can impair safety in the home – from post-surgery support to injury recovery and fait and balance disorders.
